Dear ANCC Accredited Provider Program Directors,
A financial analysis was completed in 2021 and it was determined that the ANCC NCPD Program needed to increase its fees to address costs to run the program. The NCPD Accreditation program fees have remained flat over the last 5 years (since 2016) except for a one time increase of $100 for all accredited organizations in 2018. There have been no fee increases since 2018. We know that any increase in costs can be impactful. We considered that impact and chose not increase fees for FY 2021 and FY 2022.
Starting January 1, 2023 – the ANCC NCPD Accreditation program annual fees will increase incrementally over the next 3 years. Again, we know that any increase in costs can be impactful and have considered that with incremental increases over time.
The NCPD accreditation program fees and operating costs will be analyzed in 2025 and may result in further increases for FY 2026.
Thank you for your understanding and commitment to excellence, and supporting the growth and development of professional nurses.
