Sara is an experienced leader with over 30 years of critical care, ambulatory, professional development and patient safety experience. My passions are supporting and mentoring new graduate nurses and new leaders as well as optimizing patient safety through nursing workflows and technology. I am currently serving as Eisenhower Health's Senior Director - Center for Professional Development where I lead the professional development and clinical excellence staff as well as serve as the leader for our new Simulation and Innovation Center.
