I am dedicated to enculturating and educating RN Residents, fostering clinical competence, critical thinking, and a strong professional identity.
I hold ANCC certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) and a Master of Science in Nursing Education. I am committed to advancing nursing practice, supporting professional growth, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
