Hannah serves as the Nursing Excellence Coordinator for Maury Regional Medical Center, a 255-bed two-time Magnet-designated hospital in Columbia, TN. Her role encompasses the Magnet Program Director and the RN Residency Program Director. Hannah graduated with a BSN from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2014 and attended Emory University in 2016 for WOC training. She was the primary wound & ostomy nurse for Maury Regional from 2016-2023. Currently, she is serving a 2 year term as president of the Middle Tennessee WOC Networking group. Hannah is a lifelong learner and recently completed coursework to obtain her MSN/MBA from Franklin Pierce University along with a certificate in Healthcare Administration. She has given a podium presentation on her work in pressure injury prevention for the Tennessee Hospital Association as well as poster presentations at both WOCNext and The ANCC Magnet Conference. Hannah's responsibilities at Maury Regional include the facilitation of Magnet® standards into organizational initiatives and document submission. She also develops and promotes nursing retention efforts to provide an environment of motivation and commitment to Maury Regional.
