Caring for the well-being of healthcare staff is a foundational element in improving the health outcomes of the population, community, and patients served. Recognizing this, LGH has been acknowledged for its innovative and relevant approaches to supporting staff well-being. In 2024, these efforts were formally recognized when the ANCC invited LGH to participate as a pilot organization in pursuing the Well-being Excellence Credential—a prestigious initiative aimed at promoting excellence in workforce well-being.
