I am a North Idaho native and enjoy the mountains, the lakes, and outdoor recreation. I have a six-year-old daughter and a husband who help me keep perspective on life and not completely consumed with nursing. I have been in school most of my adult life with a bachelor's in Spanish, ADN, BSN, and MSN. I enjoy school but will be content with my MSN for now.
I loved precepting students when I worked at the bedside and it drew me to education. I have been in the Nursing Excellence department for 8 years now and a Nurse Residency Manager for the past 3 years. I am excited to continue my nursing professional development role and learn from this community.
